Project work encompasses the manufacturing capacities of all three other divisions to provide creative, practical and tailored solutions to everyday manufacturing problems.
We use 3D design packages to 'build' virtual machines, and then utilise this information to create drawings for physical manufacture in the workshop. Our competitive edge comes from being a manufacturer as well as designer, so we can design for manufacture rather than just to specification. Moreover, our multi-skilled workshop enables us to offer in-house solutions where the quality, cost and outcomes are controlled to a very high degree.
When undertaking project work, we work very closely with our Customers to ensure that they are satisfied with each stage of the project. We encourage our Customers to be involved, whether through emails, meetings or site visits, and believe that effective and timely communication has been a key factor to successful outcomes beyond their initial expectations.

The Pacman Style Coil Tilter allows for incremental adjustments in the angle of the coil.

A hands-free system for moving coils of various sizes from a Coil Tilter to an Uncoiler that is simple to use with controls that can be operated by a single person.
