As part of an annual update of our systems we have reviewed our Terms and Conditions. There are a few small changes, the key ones being:
We have modified our payment methods to exclude credit cards. We no longer offer payment by credit card
Unfortunately, we no longer offer transit insurance as part of our freight package. Customers must organise their own insurance if they would like goods covered during delivery regardless of whether we organised the freight and charged the customer, or whether the customer has organised freight themselves.
We have clarified some of our Returns Policy which is commonly called a 'Back-to-Base' style warranty.
We have added 'Eastall Precision Engineering' as a business name in itself.
